Description: This malnourished man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Spy like his father before him.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to work out more often

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a lance on his belt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Tanner. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Koeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. He has moderate length brown hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wrenn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks, and carries crossbows. His golden hair is knotted and matted. He is baby faced.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a Armorer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Thorpe was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thorpe decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
