History: Braak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Koth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
