History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bernard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: Baradad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
