He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fibblestib isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Fibblestib took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
