Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Koeth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Koeth studied abroad. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
