To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Korfel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a Bather soon after.
