Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
