History: Balam was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Foxilon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
