His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Jocelyn was a troubled youth.
