History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Roland was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
