History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Medrash does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Medrash was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
