History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and revenge

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to get a good night's sleep
