Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
