Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, red shirt, and grey tie. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Katherine does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Katherine reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: She stands about 4'10" and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has wavy auburn hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears dull black sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
