She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
