History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
