Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
