Personality: Alex is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alex does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he wants revenge against illithids

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Baker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
