History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
