Personality: Katherine wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He wears a violet costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He wears his black hair down. His eyes are gray.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by his family; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
