Description: A plain young-adult man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Richard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
