Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Ella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but she was a colossal failure. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
