Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of flails on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Charles's homeland. Charles decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this northern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his spear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her black hair is well kept. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Architect. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Beggar profession.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Avelina was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Architect. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she desires power and/or immortality
