History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balimaar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
