History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stylist. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
