History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a glaive on her belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'9" when asserting herself. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Her half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beatrice. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north
