History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Servant, but she was a colossal failure. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Griselda hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A freak accident while working with her Actor father left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Drogo hails from a village terrorized by drow. Drogo was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
