She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Hugolina was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
