Description: He stands about 6'5" and wears an entirely green suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and money/treasure

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greataxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has no hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is a mite stocky and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Millicent is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Millicent and her spouse have recently divorced.
