Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Matilda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Matilda's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Courier, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
