History: Herleva hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When Herleva reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Juliana hails from a village terrorized by giants. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Juliana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Juliana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
