Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. Ralf was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ralf decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
