History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Maynild is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Maynild was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Maynild's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Thomas's homeland.
