Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Heward was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ahlyssa grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She became a Cartwright soon after.
