Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Anselm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears a blue vest and prefers violet and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has wavy golden hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Mary enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
