History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Miles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Servant like his father before him.

History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
