Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Trym took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
