Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Painter mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
