Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Cecily was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside.
