Personality: Gunter is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
