History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Masseuse profession.

History: He was born in the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and expand his business

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She sports white long hair. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Margery was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Barrister, but she got bored and became a Map Maker. She now owns her own business.
