History: William was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Jacoba was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
