Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Bernard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Bernard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
