Description: He is a husky man, who wears a green vest and prefers white and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy brown hair. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shoemaker business.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To protect his home; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears his black hair up. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has money and likes to spend it

She carries a battered bow and tarnished dagger as well. Her blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Susannah grew up listening to her father's many stories. Susannah abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she's looking for her big break
