Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the east to a Cartwright, Gomory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Emmeline took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
