History: Ida lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shepherd business.

History: Joan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
