Bernard Cornish, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Egelina Trollope, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Egelina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion.
Flaws: Ugly, Depressed. Bonds: Poor, Enemies, Adventurer, Immigrant. Occupation: Beggar
Voice: Dark and ominous
