Description: An older woman who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull blue iron scale mail, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Emmeline reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He tends to wear a large green jacket. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Kody was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a tan shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is brown and very short. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
