Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heather was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to clean up the streets
