Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
